Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to:

• Break the law, or facilitate or promote illegal activity.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
• Develop, distribute, or operate malware, spyware, or other malicious code.
• Engage in fraud, phishing, spam, or large-scale deceptive or manipulative campaigns.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

You may not use the Service to generate, solicit, or distribute content that:

• Sexually exploits or endangers minors, in any form.
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or incites violence against people.
• Harasses, threatens, or targets individuals or protected groups.
• Provides instructions for weapons, including chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear harm.
• Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content involving real, identifiable people without consent.
• Is intended to deceive in high-stakes contexts such as elections, health, or finance.

• Do not exceed published rate limits or attempt to circumvent throttling.
• Do not share, sell, or expose your API keys publicly.
• Do not scrape, mirror, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service or its upstream models.
• Do not use automated means to create accounts or to evade billing or the discount cap.

The introductory discount is intended for your own use of the Service. Creating multiple or affiliated accounts to obtain additional discounted usage, or reselling discounted access to third parties without our written agreement, is prohibited and may result in suspension and reversal of the discount. If you wish to resell or build a platform on the Service, contact us about a partner arrangement.

Because Grokified forwards your requests to xAI, your use must also comply with xAI’s usage policies. Conduct that violates the upstream provider’s policies violates this one. The upstream provider may independently refuse, filter, or flag requests.

We may investigate suspected violations and may throttle, suspend, or terminate access, with or without notice depending on severity. Where the law requires, or where there is risk of serious harm, we may report activity to the relevant authorities. We aim to act proportionately and to give notice where it is safe and practical to do so.
